Simon Cowell is leaving American Idol after this season. But, the big question is, who will replace him? How bad will the ratings suffer? Mean ol' ogre that he is, I have to say I've grown to really like this guy, and just don't think any other person will be able to pull this off.

It'll be the end of American Idol as we know it. Heck, adding Kara was the end, but that's a whole different story.

Makes me think of the George Jones song, "Who's Gonna Fill Their Shoes." I'm sad.
